So New Years resolutions suck and I personally think they are very hard to follow.
I decided to make it easy on myself this year and instead of listing out a bunch of goals to follow, I would focus on one specific area I want to work on each month. I also created a calendar for each month focus on that one goal.
I am going to make it a blog series every month- for you all to follow along.
January- we will focus all on getting back to health: through eating right, working out and creating an easy routine.
February-we will focus on self care.
March-we will focus on managing your finances.
April- we will focus on organizing your life and space.
